"Zielony domek" położony jest na działce o pow. 2300 m2, od strony wschodniej otoczonej rzeką Nidką, łączącą jez. Nidzkie z jez. Bełdan, a od strony północnej ścianą lasu mieszanego. Das grüne Häuschen - Das grüne Häuschen steht auf einem über 2300m2 großen Grundstück. Von der östlichen Seite grenzt es mit dem Fluß Nidzka, der die Seen Nidzkie und Bełdany verbindet. Von der nördlichen Seite grenzt das Grundstück mit einem Wald. In jedem Teil des Doppelhauses gibt es einen Wohnzimmer mit einem Zimmerkamin, TV-Set, eine Küche mit der ganzen Ausrüstung, und ein Badezimmer. Auf der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, jedes für zwei Personen, und eine große Terrasse. Das ganze Häuschen ist aus Holz gebaut. Alle Möbel und die ganze Ausrüstung sind neu. Die Bauarbeiten wurden im Jahr 2000 beendet. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein Tennis und Basketballplatz.

"Green House" is situated on 2300 m2 plot, which is surrounded by, the Nidka River on the east side. This river links the Nidzkie Lake and the Bełdan Lake. On the north side the house is surrounded by a thick forest. It is a semideteched house, each part of the house has a living-room with a fire-place and TV set. There is also a kitchen with the equipment, a bathroom and toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with a balcony. The whole house is made of wood and all the furnishings of the house are new. The house was copleted in the year 2000. Near by the house there are a tennis court and basketball playground.
